It is going to be a loooooong day. I have learned that if I stay up too late, I can’t for anything fall asleep, and if I wake up (perhaps due to someone else SNORING like a locomative) then I sure as heck can’t go BACK to sleep should I ever get there. So here I am on my glorious FOUR Hours of sleep, DREADING my day. But I do have fun news to share. I am published again! This time by Penny Laine Papers which is tres cool, because I have purchased their products for years. Funny how it happened…a couple years ago I was doing a holiday gift show at someone’s house, and one of the customers asked if I might be interested in doing some illustration work for her friend. The friend was Penny Nye, the owner if Penny Laine Papers (Book•Mates), and that was that. They have carried these Big Brother/Big Sister books for years, and they wanted an update. Penny did the layout—I just did all the painting. It was fun to work on, and even more fun to see the end result! (They are hard cover, with a book jacket and everything!)
And now, can I just add, that TV is the PITS at 4am….!?
